Try not to add medicines as suggested by others, fishes are very sensitive to chemicals. You should buy yourself a heater selling in aquarium shops, depends on the climate of your location, increased the temperature 2 degrees a day until it reaches 30 degree celcius, by doing this you are able to kill the parasites and most of the germs in the water. Continue to use the heater until the white spot disappearred.
You may want to consider to add some salts as well to help the wounds heal up faster.
Sounds like "Ick" you can buy some "Ick" medicine at Petsmart or Petco.
All parrots will lose their color at some point because they are injected with dye. They are hybrids and are also very prone to ich, which is what yours has.
