I have had guppie litter before but not mollies, i ahve 2 pregnant guppies and 1 pregnant mollie, a few days ago they all looked very pregnant and now they only look it alittle and they still have the spot of the side

Check your filter. Some fry will get stuck in there and survive. When you take your sponge out, put it in some water and move it around a bit. They might have got eaten..
Sounds like they had the fry. If you have a lot of hiding material for the babies, they may be hiding in there. If you don't, the babies may have been eaten.
They may have had the fry. The fry may also be hiding. Some people say that mollies will eat their fry however that hasnt been my experience. The guppy fry have almost ertainly been eaten. Next time separate the pregnant females when they look plump.
