When i had guppies in my fish tank i was told to seperate the babies from the adults as they tend to eat them. I don't know about pregnant females, but if one or both of two males are agressive, they will fight till one of them dies. So i suggest you put one of the pregnant fish in a closed baby-savers or get another heater and put it in a tempory bowl.
They are usually pregnant for a few weeks, and the babies are really small. So as soon as you see signs of small guppies swimmin around, use a net and put them in a baby-saver if there are other adults in the tank. Hope this helps.

There are suggestions about how to take care of the females, but also suggestions about how to take care of the fry.
I have a tank where I keep "unwanted" guppies and I keep several females and males together. They have fry every so often and many of them survive even though they are together with the older guppies. It's not recommended for breeding, but it shows that the fry does have a chance of survival even though they are with older guppies.
They are pregnant for about 25 days but it can differ a couple of days in either direction from time to time and female to female.
