Pump blowing little bits in aquarium??

Hi , i have a juwel 125L tropical aquarium, I let the water condition for about 1 1/2 weeks, and introduced fish straight after that , i am now in the third week of having the aquarium and the fish are healthy and i have done tests on the water and it is ok , but i have noticed recently that the pump is either blowing little bits of something or they are loads of little bubbles. The filters were brand new and there are only 5 fish in the tank at the moment , anyone know why my ump is blowing all these particles??/

This is normal, i have a tank that has been running about 4 weeks with a pair of Convicts and it has little bubbles on heater and floating round the sides of the tank.
I do have a filter that jets out bubbles though so dunno if this is whats happening in your tank or not.
You do not need to clean your filters just now as the tank is not fully cycled and you need the beneficial bacteria to build up in the filter and cleaning would set your cycle backwards.
Feed your fish lightly, if your water test is OK then you are fine.
Just watch for the ammonia starting to rise and keep a eye on it.
when you start to see some algae in tank you will know its well on its way to being cycled
when the nitrates start to rise in tank do around a 20% water change.
In my other tanks I only clean my filters when they need cleaned, i vac my gravel and do a 25% water change every week
when I first put my pump in the carbon dust from the filter was blown out in to the water there was a ton of little black specks floating around in it , it looked lke a smog had decnded over my aquarium, your filter should eventually filter the stuff out atleast that is what mine did hope I could help.
my tank has thousands of tiny bubbles fish all fine
Did you rinse all the filter materials before use? If you did then I'd say it was air bubbles. Where is the outlet of the filter? If it's on the water-line it will produce bubbles, (which is a good way of aerating the water when you are treating fish disease.) To see if they are particles which may be from unrinsed filter materials just put a net in front of the filter. If when you take it out there's nothing in it then you'll have your answer. Either your filter will collect the particles as the water cycles through or the air bubbles will disperse naturally, the fish will be fine!
needs a clean
Its sounds like you need to clean the sponges. You shouldnt need to clean them this quickly so it is possible that you are over feeding. The white flat sponge on the top should be changed every week so maybe try changing this and see if that helps. If not look at the blue sponges further down and see if they are very dirty, if they are clean them and cut down on the food.
What breed of fish do you have, I have Silver Dollars , they are always shedding scales, its like little silver crystals floating around at every level of the tank, the scales are too small for the filter medium.
