Red cap oranda tail question?

i recently bought a red cap oranda and after watching it for a while i noticed its tail was join together at the top is this normal ? will my fish grow out of it? and will it affect the fishes swimming much?
Answers:
This will not affect the fish, nor will it change over time. Most fancy goldfish bought a chain petstores are not high quality, 'show' fish and will have small, aeshtetic ailments that prevent them from being sold by higher quality retailers(bent/curled fins, the joined tail fin, etc)
Enjoy your little guy, and dont fret over his fins!
He'll be just fine. Some golds are supposed to have joined tail fins, some aren't but they do well either way. Enjoy him!!
